Here are details for those going to the conference meet on Saturday. 

PLACE  - Eisenhower Pool, by Southeast High School, Springfield

TIME - Arrive by 11:30 AM. Warmups at 12:15 PM, Start 1:00 PM Should be done by                                                                                                                  4:00/4:30 PM

ADMISSION - $5.00 per person over 8 years old. 8 and under - Free

VOLUNTEERS - We need: 2 - 3 people to run the awards table (put labels on). Begin when you arrive around 11:00 AM to do the morning session awards and work through the end of the afternoon session. You can have a break in between. Timers - 2 at the blocks at all times. You can work the entire meet or first or second half; let me know your preference. Admissions Table - Need 1 - 2 people 11:00 - 1:15 PM. Volunteers get in free! PLEASE LET ME (COACH RACHEL) KNOW BY TUESDAY MORNING, 7:30 AM! 

CONCESSIONS - There will be a food truck at the meet - burgers, brats, hot dogs, chips, some fruit, candy, water, Gatorade. Bring your own if you prefer. 

SHIRTS - A shirt vendor will be onsite to sell the meet shirt. 

OTHER - Bring a shade tent if you have one - swimmers will be outside in the grass on the north side of the pool. Bring extra towels, goggles, caps, water, snacks. 

PRACTICE this week - Tuesday 5:00 - 6:30 PM, Wednesday 4:00 - 5:15 PM,                   Thursday 8:30 - 10:00 AM, 4:00 - 5:15 PM, Friday 4:00 - 5:30 PM  Come to any                       practice time that works for you.
