Happy New Year Dolphins!

We are so excited to see many of you at our clinic day tomorrow! This is a great opportunity for brand new and long time swimmers to improve stroke technique and skills like turns and starts.

Some reminders for the day:

- 10u 9-11:30/11up 12-3 (if you have swimmers in both groups come to whichever time slot makes the most sense for your family)

- BRING WATER, snacks provided

- cost is $15 per swimmer, cash or checks made out to Rachel Frost

- no RSVP required, sign up when you arrive
