Dolphins Families,

It is hard to believe that the 2024 swim season is almost over! It has been a GREAT season with LOTS of successes!! Those successes include hard work, determination, fabulous parent volunteers, positive sportsmanship, new friends, and life lessons of failing to succeed! I believe in and have witnessed the many benefits of our swim team's focus - do your best to make yourself better. We can celebrate the new swimmers who came to practices and never gave up, the little swimmers who mastered swimming the full length without stopping, the veteran swimmers who achieved goals of better times in the water - we are PROUD of them ALL!!!

THE HARDEST lineup of the season is the Conference lineup because we are limited in the number of swimmers who can swim. NEVER give up!!!

• Conference swimmers be at Eisenhower Pool NO LATER than 12:08 PM on Saturday, July 20. Our warmup time is 12:25. The meet is scheduled to start at 1:00 (or as close to 1:00 as possible). We SHOULD be done by 4:30 - but no promises!
• Admission is $5.00 per person, 12 and under are free. A family pass is available for $15.00 for immediate family.
• VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! We have two volunteer TIMERS for our assigned Lane 4 but could use a relief timer to give them a break if needed. ADMISSIONS TABLE - Our team is in charge of running the admissions table all day. Coach Rachel is taking care of the morning session but will need 2 (or more) volunteers from 11:45 - 2:30. With two people at the admissions table, you can go in to see your swimmer's events.
• A full concession stand will be available, run by the Menard County Jaycees. Pizza, Hot Dogs, Pulled Pork, fruit, snacks, muffins, lots of drinks will be availabe throughout the day. Please support them.
• Bring extra TOWELS, CAPS, GOGGLES, sweats, blankets. We will be camped outside so don't forget sunscreen. Also, bring your preferred snacks and drinks if you want to.

Other teams have not given us all of our ribbons. We will hopefully get those on Saturday. They will be available any time the pool is open.
