Good Morning Dolphins!

At the bottom of this email is a list of everyone who is on the conference roster. Reminder, we MUST know by 8am tomorrow (7/12) if your plans have changed and your swimmer(s) are no longer able to attend. If your swimmer(s) name is not on the list, but they still want to swim, please let us know as they are able to compete in the morning session. Final line-ups for both sessions will be posted Saturday after the swim meet.

Each team is assigned an area of conference for which they are responsible for staffing with volunteers. Our two responsibilities include running the admissions table and providing 1 lane of timers. Admissions table shifts would be 7:30am-11:30am and 11:30am to 2:00pm-ish. We need 2 people for each shift. For timing, we need 2 timers for the morning and 2 timers for the afternoon. The morning session timers would need to be there by 8:40am and stay until the session is finished. The afternoon times would need to be there by 12:40pm and stay until the session is finished.
