Hello Dolphins!

Great swimming last week! Our next meet is this Tuesday (7/9) at Taylorville. If you will not be there, please text Coach Frost (217)341-4114 by noon Monday, 7/8. We have 2 more meets, 7/13 and 7/16 before the conference meet.

Our end of season party will be 7/14. We will have practice 4:15-5, free swim 5-5:30, and snacks at 5:30.

Conference Info:

This Thursday (7/11) a list of swimmers swimming in the afternoon session of conference will be sent out. This roster is based on top times. If your plans have changed and you can no longer swim conference, we MUST know by 8AM Friday 7/12. Last minute changes are not allowed for this meet. If you are not on this list, but are wanting to swim, please also let us know by Friday 7/12 as well. Anyone not swimming in the afternoon session is invited to swim in the morning session. If wanting to swim in the morning, please text Coach Frost (217)341-4114 and include what events your swimmer(s) are most interested in swimming at the meet. The final conference line up for both sessions will be posted after the meet Saturday 7/13.
