Wonderful swimming on Saturday! Lots of things we have been working on in practice were noticed in the meet. Keep up the great work! We appreciate your continued hard work and respect.

Thank you again to all of our volunteers yesterday. We could not do this without you! We definitely have some of the best parent support in the conference.

We have to do entries early for our next few swim meets. If you will miss Tuesday 6/25, Friday 6/28, or Saturday 6/29, we need to know ASAP. Please text Coach Frost (217) 341 – 4114.

Don’t forget, conference shirts must be ordered online before Friday 6/28. More information about that meet will be coming in a couple of weeks.

If you wanted to order a Dolphins team shirt but missed the initial order, we will be placing a second order soon. Please fill out a t-shirt form and return it to the pool. Also, if you have a 2X tie-dye t-shirt and should have received and XL, please let us know. We would like to get each party the correct shirt.

Upcoming practice changes: no practice 7/2, 7/3, or 7/4. July 5^th practice will now be groups 1 and 2.

For the swim meet July 6^th, the start time is 10am in Mason City. Please arrive by 9:10 for that meet.
