Dolphins Families -

If you are new to the team, please take a few moments to activate your Swimtopia account. You should have received an email in the last two weeks to activate it. If you can’t find the link or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Coach Haley for assistance. Returning swimmers, you do not need to do this again. You do not need this account regularly throughout the season, it just allows us to put your swimmer(s) into events at meets.

We had a great technique clinic to start the 2024 season! The summer practice schedule begins May 28 with an extra practice for Group 2, 4 - 6:00, and then Group 1 begins practice on May 29, 4 - 5:15. Remember - if you can't come at your group's time, come whenever you can! We want you here!!

Our first meet is Tuesday, June 4, at home. Please arrive by 5:15 for warmups with meet start at 6:00.

SHIRTS - PLEASE turn in orders for shirts by Friday, May 31. While we may be able to place an order later, we want to get the first order in soon!

MEET SIGNUP - There is a poster on the wall to sign your swimmer's name if they will NOT be at a meet. Please sign at least 72 hours before the meet. If an emergency comes up, please contact a coach.

VOLUNTEERS - We NEED YOU!!!

Ribbons - We need 2 people to put labels on ribbons during the meet.

Timers - We MUST have 12 timers at each meet and need a runner to take cards to the scoring table. No experience necessary - we will train you!

Bull Pen - We need 1 - 2 people to hand out cards and direct swimmers to the blocks. Coaches will also be helping the swimmers.

Concessions - We need 3 people to help open and run the concession stand. You can still go watch your swimmer. All the supplies will be purchased. Someone needs to arrive an hour ahead of meet start to get hot dogs cooked and be ready for sales. This is a money maker to cover expenses.

You do not need to be able to be at every home meet to volunteer.
