Dear Dolphins - 

The coaches have been planning for the upcoming 2024 Summer Swim Season. We are excited to see all of our swimmers and welcome new ones! Spread the word - invite friends to join the Dolphins Swim Team! We are a competitive team, but our main focus is putting in best effort and self improvement.
Here is some information to get started. More detailed information will be available at registration and practices. Registration will be Sunday, April 21 and 28,12 - 2 PM; Wednesday, April 24, 5:30 - 8 PM; and during practices. Fees are $85.00 for the first swimmer in the family, $75.00 for all others in the same family. 

We NEED Volunteers for the Triathlon on Saturday, May 11, 7:15 AM - Noon. Please sign up at registration!

VOLUNTEERS: We will need parent volunteers to: organize CONCESSIONS, coordinate TIMERS at home meets, run BULL PEN, put labels on RIBBONS at home meets, *****run COMPUTER AT MEETS****. PLEASE let me know your willingness to help! We REALLY NEED someone to learn the computer for home meets!

PRE-SEASON PRACTICE: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 – 5:15 PM. (You may come any time you can get here after school.) Beginning May 6.

SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Summer practices will begin May 29. (NO practice Monday, May 27). EXTRA practice for Group 2 - Tuesday, May 28, 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

Group 1 (10 and under) - Mon., Wed., Thurs. 4:00 - 5:15

Group 2 (11 and up and advanced younger swimmers) - Sun. 4:15 - 6:00,

Fri. 4 - 6
Group 1 and 2 - Thurs. 8:30 - 10:00 AM
*****If you have different-aged swimmers in your family, please ask which practices you should attend - don't make lots of trips to the pool! If you need to come at a time other than your age group, please ask a coach - we want you at practice!

Week day meets start at 6:00 PM, warmups at 5:20

Saturday meet start at 9:00 AM, warmups at 8:20

SUITS: We have looked at options and concluded that the best suit option is the same suit we had last year. This suit has a wide range of sizes, good price, and good quality. You can order suits at All-American Swim in Bloomington. Go to their website. Girls suits are LGS 16, Black with blue splice, $37.00, sizes 20 - 44. Do NOT size up in suits! Size 20 = Girls 5/6, Size 28 = Girls 14 and Womens 2, Size 30 = Womens 4. Boys suits are LGS 80, Black with blue splice, $32.00, sizes 20 - 40 waist.
