Hello Dolphins!

We will be having our winter clinic on January 2nd. There will be 2 sessions, 10 & under and 11 & up. 10 & under will be 9:00am-11:30am. 11 & up will be noon-2:30pm. If you have different-aged swimmers in your family, please ask Coach Frost which session your family should attend. No need to make both trips!

The clinic will be $15 per swimmer made payable to Rachel Frost. No advance registration required! Snacks will be provided.
