Hello Dolphin Families!

The coaches are super proud of how hard everyone has worked this season! We have a few meets left: 7/8 (home), 7/11 (home), 7/14 (home), 7/16 MSC & MSCJ (Eisenhower Pool, Springfield). It is CRUCIAL that if you will NOT be at a meet, you MUST sign out on the poster at the pool 72 hours or more in advance. Otherwise, your swimmer is in the line-up. If something comes up between the 72 hour mark and the start of the meet, please text Coach Rachel (217) 341-4114. Not showing up without notice could prevent other swimmers from competing in relays.

Ribbons: We do not have ribbons from all meets yet, but we do have most of them! Swimmers can pick up their ribbons at practice from the tub by the sign-out poster. Please ask a coach if you need help finding your ribbons!

Conference: This is our big end of year meet where all the teams compete at the same meet. Like last summer, the Conference is offering both MSCJ and MSC.

MSC:
- we can enter 2 swimmers and relays per event. This is based on top times. 

-start time is 1pm (warm up time to be announced)

-session expected to end around 4/4:30

-this line up will be posted at the pool Sunday 7/9 @6pm

MSCJ:

- this is open to any swimmer not competing in MSC

- this session will be in the morning on 7/16, the start time has not yet been released

- if you want to compete, please notify Coach Rachel by Monday 7/10 @7pm

- this session will be just individual entries unless we have enough swimmers in an age group to enter relays

Conference Shirts: Conference Shirts are pre-ordered online once again this year. The deadline for shirt orders is 7/6 @ midnight. Shirts will be available for pick-up at Conference on 7/16. At this time, we are unsure if there will be a second order of shirts, so please order now if you know you want one!

End of Season Party: Sunday 7/9. Practice will be from 4:15-5:30, followed by free swim from 5:30 - 6. As part of posting the MSC line-up at 6pm, we will be serving ice cream!
